Fourth Distinguished Lecture on Transitional Justice delivered by Catalina Diaz (JEP) and Gabriel Rojas (USIP)

The Distinguished Lecture on Transitional Justice is an initiative of the Fund on Transitional Justice, established at the KU Leuven in 2015 to encourage and develop research on transitional justice in post-conflict situations mostly in the Global South, with an aim to promote sustainable peace and development. Particular attention is devoted to models of reparative justice and restorative justice that focus on harm reduction for victims and other stakeholders, as well as the (re-)construction of societies that are conflict-ridden.
